POLICY DETAILS

Please take care whilst trying on Mkeyzee garments.
All items should be returned new, unused, in the original packaging, with all Mkeyzee tags still attached. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and
less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS
Damage caused by normal wear and tear or by improper cleaning methods not outlined on the care label is not considered a fault.

COLOURS
Every effort has been made to ensure the colors of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer models and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee
that your monitor’s display of color is completely accurate.

QUALITY CHECK & REFUND

After we receive your returned garment, it will be sent to our Quality Check Control Team for inspection.
Upon confirmation that the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the payment method used when placing the order, less any shipping costs, international taxes or import duties incurred

LATE RETURNS
Items must be returned to us at our London atelier address within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after this time will not be accepted.
Exceptions may apply at the discretion of Mkeyzee London

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Please notify us via email at  info@Mkeyzee.com of your intent to return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for all items.
Returns or exchanges received outside of this window or without notification may be rejected by our team. Items should not be returned to us without prior notice. Unidentified / Unconfirmed returns may be returned to the sender.

NOTE: Return postage is at the buyers own cost and risk. All items must be returned via "Tracked mail" to ensure that Returns arrive safely. No Exchanges/Returns will be given for an items that go missing in the post. 

Please be advised, we do not accept returns for pre-orders, custom or bespoke items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund 

 

DUTIES & TAXES: ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS 

Please note we are a UK based company and we ship all orders from the UK.

We recommend looking on your local government website to see if there is a guide on how much the charges may be based on your order value before purchasing from Mkeyzee London. Any additional costs incurred are your responsibility and you may be asked to pay these to be able to receive your order.

 If you order, and decide to reject your shipment due to import charges you will be responsible for the cost of the item being returned to Mkeyzee London
